This ASC will draw upon both the experience of the Teaching4Learning project, implemented at the University of Padova, and the identified training needs of the teacher community involved in the project. The aim is to outline and define a potential faculty development pathway for consortium universities, share experiences and best practices, and offer recommendations for institutions seeking to implement a faculty development project. This project aims to build a community of educators who share a common vision of active teaching and learning, while respecting the cultural heritage of the participating countries. The ultimate goal is to assist universities in transforming into environments where students can not only become skilled professionals but also develop critical thinking as citizens, preparing themselves for the emerging complexities of the future world.
